AWKWARD BEAR is a spoken word poetry/noise project from Paul Agusta and Stephanie Mamonto. It sounds like words, bursting at the seams and thrown from mind, memories being immortalized although has been distorted by reality, hope, misplaced feelings, and isolation.
The experimental project combines spoken word poetry and distorted sound as an effort to see how these pieces reinterpreted itself during the process to get back the real meaning of its words.

P.S: AWKWARD BEAR is pretty much a statement for my poetry performance from 2016. I will not go back to the old performing ways. I will only take you further.
